Terms & Conditions
Payment will be by direct bank transfer, credit card (VISA or MasterCard), or cash. A non-refundable deposit of the first hour will be required to hold bookings. Due to unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather, classes can be rescheduled at Lisa’s discretion. If payment is deemed to be refundable, any credit card fees will be charged to the participant.
For cancellations within 72-48 hours before the event, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged by Paypal invoice. For cancellations with 48 hours of the event or no-shows, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. Paypal additionally incurs a 5% Paypal fee.
All participants of land tours (if driven by Lisa), will be required to sign a waiver.
All participants of in-water classes or excursions will be required to sign a waiver with the dive center or boat charter company.
Please note Lisa will not be liable for any accident, injury, loss of life, or any other ‘claimable’ situation. Both travel and medical insurance are highly recommended.
